About Us

Nepa~laya is an art management company. We facilitate foreign productions filming in Nepal, manage musical events, publish books, develop educational videos, produce independent non-fictional films, photo & video screening tours, book tours, and even facilitate sporting events. 

Nepa~laya Productions has worked with international clients for several decades. Our projects range from documentaries; investigative and nature related programs, TV dramas, advertisements, reality TV, news, and current affairs.  

Nepa~laya Productions has been fortunate enough to work with companies from all corners of the world. Our past filming projects include work with Riksgalden -Sweden, BNN- Netherlands ETV Africa- South  Africa, TV Globo- Brazil, Beyond Productions -Australia, Mediacorp Pte. -Singapore. These productions have aired on channels and platforms like National Geographic and History Channel. 

Nepa~laya Productions also engages in producing independent non-fiction films, some of which have been screened in numerous International Film festivals. Our film Bhedako Oon Jasto received a Special Mention Award during Film South Asia. Our films were also screened in the 24th Bilam du Ethnographic Film Panorama in Paris, France, and the 9th RAI International Festival of Ethnographic Film 2005 by the Royal Anthropological Institute (RAI) in Oxford, UK.
