Posts of Kaski

From the 12th to the 14th century, Kaski was under the rule of Khasiya Malla, and then under Yaksha Malla of Kathmandu. After the Mallas, the region came under the rule of Ghale kings, and then Syanjali ruler Jagati Khan took over. Finally, the Shahs unified them in modern Nepal. The history of Nepal is filled with stories about various dynasties fighting for power and influence. 

You can also find a monumental park dedicated to Pilot Kamal KC, who was the first pilot from Rupa Rural Municipality. He tragically died in an air crash in Pokhara on January 15, 2023.
