Note to the ladies: It is not customary to wear very short revealing clothes in Nepal. Long pants, a long skirt, (loongi), short-sleeved T-shirts, knee length shorts are advisable.

**Please consult a doctor before leaving for Nepal & get more advice on how/when to use it. Some doctors like to prescribe an antibiotic in case you get stomach bugs that you can take on your own as needed.
